- Pyramid scheme: Air coins that recruit people online and offline;
Daily Life of Meme Coin Players:#
- Follow influencers: Follow Chinese and English KOLs related to Meme coins on Twitter to get the latest updates;
- Join groups: Join discussion groups to observe group sentiment;
- Follow chains: Pay attention to tokens from internal to external markets;
Overall Principles#

02 Practical Operations: Methodology#
Step 1: Discover potential new coins (scan chains)
Analyze token contract security#
- Is it a Pixiu platform? Use tools to check contract code for trading restrictions or locking mechanisms;
- Is the contract open-source? Open-source increases transparency and prevents backdoors;
- Have token permissions been relinquished? Relinquishing permissions prevents the issuer from minting more tokens;
- Is there a locked liquidity pool? Locking liquidity pools prevents price crashes;
Analyze chip structure#
- Token market cap: Ideal liquidity pool value is above 100 SOL;
- Number of holders: Recommended to be over 1000 addresses;
- Recent trading situation: Over 60 transactions within 1 minute or over 600 transactions within 5 minutes;
- Top 10 holders' positions: 15%-25% is healthy, 25%-35% is sub-healthy, over 35% is unhealthy;
Analyze project background#
- Did the dev run away? Check the team's past records to see if they have stopped updating or disappeared;
- Is the team paying for ads on Dexscreener? Paid ads indicate confidence;
- Official Twitter account of the token: Check activity level, follower count, interaction, and content quality;
- TG community link: Check activity level, number of members, admin responses, and AMA events;
- Are there KOL endorsements? More promotion indicates a solid community;
Step 2: Discover smart money movements (copy trading)
Official marked addresses are limited, so a self-built watchlist is necessary.
How to find smart money: Early large holders of high-gain Meme coins, high-yield traders, or early buyers; or on-chain active players/KOL addresses.
Avoid following too many wallets to prevent information noise.
Step 3: Final buying and selling (trading)
- Market sentiment: The key is to understand sentiment; exit at the peak of FOMO; judgments are based on community sentiment, on-chain indicators, and other subjective factors;
- Risk management: Set stop-loss points to avoid emotional trading; invest with discipline;
- Timing selection: Pay attention to news events and social media hotspots; technical indicators often fail, so immediate action is necessary;
- Phase selection: The characteristic of wash trading is that the front row sells while the back row buys, with similar quantities; consider following when early profit-takers sell;
